EasyPay (Bank Draft) Customers
If you are utilizing EasyPay there is NO ACTION NEEDED.
Associated Fees
ALL credit/debit card payments made through the Online Portal include a minimum fee of $2.00 or 3.25% of the total charge, whichever is greater.
ALL payments made via E-Check include a fee of $1.95. Fees are charged & collected by the processor, not the City of Casper.
A hold of funds may show on your bank account pending an approved or declined card transaction for up to 72 hours.
For a free auto pay option, please complete our EasyPay Form to set up an automatic bank draft from your bank account.
